BPW34 Series PIN Photodiodes
The BPW34 series, from Vishay Semiconductor, are silicon PIN photodiodes. They are in clear plastic miniature packages with a flat top. The BPW34 photodiodes are sensitive to visible and near IR radiation. They are suitable for high speed photo detector applications.<BR/>
